I've already done my second Umrah with the company and was once again surprised by how good the service was. The process was easy from the start, and I was able to approach the team at any time during the trip if I had any difficulties or questions. The Siyarat were very nice, and the sheikh always explained everything to us, once in German and once in Arabic. They showed such consideration for each of us. When my daughter became ill, Sister Mona immediately took us to the hospital and cared for her. The team does a truly fantastic job and always accommodated our requests.

Ramadan Umrah trip from April 18, 2024 - April 30, 2024
I traveled with my mother and my two young children (5 and 7 years old).
Costs: I compared many companies, and this company had the most affordable and best offer of all.
Preparation: All information was sent and agreed upon well in advance. Everything was explained in detail in a meeting, and all questions were answered. Alhamdulillah
Hotels: The first hotel in Mecca was okay. It was very close to the Kaaba and easy to walk. The food was also delicious. The second hotel in Medina was excellent! Very clean. Attention to detail was taken care of. The staff regularly asked if we needed anything, etc.
Sights: Normally, no sightseeing is done during Ramadan, but there was a guided tour of Mecca and Medina with many great stories about the Prophets and the Sahabas. We learned a lot.
Lessons: Sheikh Mahmoud gave us daily lessons and told us about the city and its history. He also gave us a lot of motivation here and to continue after the umrah, inshallah. Sheikh Mona was in charge of the women and was always available to answer our questions and inquiries. She was an enormous help and relief for us women!
Tour Guides: Jamal and Ashraf were incredibly wonderful tour guides. They paid attention to every detail to ensure everything was halal. They made sure everyone received their haqq. They helped my children a lot, including performing the umrah and with many everyday tasks and difficulties. I am very grateful to both of them, and my children have grown very fond of them. It was a lot of fun. Alhamdulillah.
At the end, we concluded the trip with Mr. Yassin Elway. He made every effort to ensure that we were all doing well. He managed to get us all a Rauda appointment, some even twice. He managed to get us a better hotel AND he negotiated a very good price for the Ajwa dates and much more...
There were many more wonderful moments, but you'd better book and experience it yourself!

Alhamdulillah, I was blessed to perform Hajj this year through this outstanding company. Honestly, the experience was truly exceptional. The company fulfilled all their promises and provided high-quality services that exceeded my expectations. What truly sets them apart from others is their attention to details and the additional services they offered, which made it much easier and more comfortable for us to perform the rituals.

Builder Travel took excellent care of everything and organized our entire trip on time and smoothly. Hajj was significantly easier this year – first of all, we thank Allah for that, and then also Builder Travel for the excellent organization.
The transfers between the holy sites – from Mecca to Mina, from Mina to Arafat, from Arafat to Muzdalifah, back to Mina, on to the Jamarat, and finally back to Mecca – were all comfortably arranged by bus.
In Mina, we were accommodated in a very luxurious tent with three daily buffets and unlimited drinks. In Arafat, the food and drinks were also very good.
In Medina, we stayed at the Swiss International Hotel. The hotel gave us a warm welcome in traditional Arabic style. It was very clean and offered a delicious breakfast and dinner buffet. The Prophet's Mosque (Masjid an-Nabawi) was only about a five-minute walk away.
In Mecca, we stayed at the Rayhan Al Mashayer Hotel, about a 15-minute walk from the Haram. Unfortunately, the food there wasn't particularly varied – it was almost the same every day. However, two days after Eid, we were able to enjoy Qurban meat with rice.
Builder Travel gave us a briefing for each event the day before in the hotel lobby. Furthermore, all plans were always communicated in a timely manner via WhatsApp.
During the Hajj, we experienced the sincerity, commitment, and sacrifice of your team. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you, Dr. Elwy, as well as Brother Ashraf, Brother Belal, Brother Abdurrahman, Brother Ahmed, Sister Mona, Sheikh Mahmoud, and all the other team members behind the scenes. My husband and I were very fortunate to perform Hajj this year. We were looking for an experienced travel agency, which we succeeded in doing. We were religiously accompanied in all important rites. We have been with the Builder Travel team to hajj this year. It was quite a journey that required a lot of patience and many things didn't go as planned by the service provider in KSA.
However, we got lucky to have builder travel as our guide and they were super available to help us through every step of the journey. We've got the feeling that they took it not only as a business but rather as a mission to help Arrahman guests. I can't recommend them enough and will definitely check with them for future trips to the holy lands.
